Lesson 2: Market Structure & Chart Language

A SAFE, learning-only module about how markets are organized, how charts “describe” activity, and how to read platform panels calmly.

All lessons on INVEXIS Trade are free to read.

Learning-only (SAFE)

This lesson explains general market concepts and platform terminology. It does not provide personal recommendations, predictions, or performance claims.

What You’ll Get From Lesson 2

Many people can “see” a chart but can’t describe what they’re seeing. This lesson teaches simple, neutral language you can use: structure, time, range, and context.

A map of the market

Understand what “venue”, “liquidity”, and “spread” usually refer to and why different assets behave differently.

Chart language that stays neutral

Learn how to describe movement without guessing outcomes: “range”, “trend”, “pullback”, “volatility”, “levels”.

Platform panels explained

What you typically see in dashboards: watchlists, order tickets, history tabs, and information panels.

A short study checklist

A simple routine to turn “scrolling” into learning: read, label, summarize, and verify definitions.

Lesson 2 — Short Plan

Use this outline as a 20–30 minute reading session, or split it into two short mobile sessions.

1

Market structure in one page

A market is an environment where prices form from matching buyers/sellers. We explain common terms: venue, order book (concept), liquidity, spread, and execution (general meaning).

2

Timeframes: why they change the story

The same movement can look different on different timeframes. We cover the concept of zooming out, and how to keep descriptions consistent.

3

Neutral chart vocabulary

Learn a small dictionary that avoids “predictions”: trend, range, breakout (definition-only), support/resistance (concept), volatility, and consolidation.

4

Reading platform panels

We explain what the common panels mean (watchlist, chart, order ticket, positions/history), and what information is typically shown in each.

5

Mini practice (no action required)

Pick any chart screenshot and write 3 sentences using neutral terms: timeframe, range/trend, and one definition (e.g., “spread”).
